Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with developers both local and remotely in developing, testing and troubleshooting of proprietary software. Required to assist in day-to-day operations to ensure all systems are working at peak efficiency. Help field and office personnel troubleshot issues. Train users on new software releases. Be available after hours to assist as needed. Help in development of technical papers and manuals.
Qualification, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in developing solutions based on the Microsoft .NET platform
- 3+ years of work experience
- Masters or BS in Computer Science or similar educational level preferred
- Must have great communications skills
- Basic knowledge of oilfield is a plus
- Experience leveraging Microsoft technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, VB, Javascript, SharePoint, and SQL Server, to improve business processes and practices
- SQL Server database design experience preferred
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully collaborate with team members
- Must be willing to work extended hours if needed
- Must be willing to travel if needed.

Company seeks a Telecommunications Specialist to work out of our Broussard facility.
Developer Requirements
- Establishes communication systems by installing and troubleshooting data network circuits & equipment.
- Knowledge of Internet, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc.
- IP addressing/networking, VOIP, and camera systems knowledge is a plus.
- Establish voice & data networks – involves running, terminating & splicing cables.
- Test circuits & equipment, troubleshoot & repair outages, etc.
- 3+ years of work experience preferred
